Prevents urinary tract infections
Cranberry has been the subject of numerous studies showing its effectiveness in the treatment of urinary infections with Escherichia coli (most common), as an alternative to antibiotics. The activity of Cranberry is due to its high content in type A proanthocyanidins, which contributes to reducing the adhesion of bacteria on urinary tract.

Liver protection
Desmodium adscendens is a herbaceous plant from the Fabaceae specie. It is native to equatorial Africa and Latin America. It is used in traditional medicine to fight certain diseases of the liver (including hepatitis viruses), allergies and asthma. Action of Desmodium adscendens is a synergy between several molecules. These molecules are derivatives of tryptamine, flavonoids (vitexin and isovitexin) and saponins (among which soyasaponines I and III). Desmodium limits the destruction of liver cells, which leads to a decrease of transaminases otherwise abnormally highly concentrated during inflammation or liver damage.
